  • Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required

Step 2: Approval & Pickup Scheduling
Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours. Once approved, we'll schedule a pickup at your convenience or provide drop-off instructions.
Step 3: Product Pickup/Return
Hand over the properly packed item to our courier partner or drop it at the designated location. Ensure all original accessories are included.
Step 4: Quality Inspection
Our quality team will inspect the returned item within 3-5 business days to verify eligibility and condition.
Step 5: Refund Processing
Once approved, your refund will be processed according to your selected method within 5-7 business days.

Can I exchange instead of refund?
Yes! We offer exchanges for size/color variations (subject to availability). Simply select "Exchange" instead of "Refund" when initiating your return. If the requested variant is unavailable, we'll process a refund instead.
