Can I return a product after 7 days?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 7 days from delivery. However, if your product has a warranty issue, you may still be eligible for warranty service. Please contact our customer support for assistance.
What if I received a wrong item?
We sincerely apologize for the error! Wrong items are eligible for immediate replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please report within 24 hours with photos of the received item for quick resolution.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
No! Return shipping is completely FREE for all eligible returns. We will arrange pickup at no cost to you. For non-eligible returns, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
How do I track my refund status?
You can track your refund status by logging into your JannatWala account and visiting the "My Orders" section. We also send email/SMS updates at every stage of the return process.
Can I exchange instead of refund?
Yes! We offer exchanges for size/color variations (subject to availability). Simply select "Exchange" instead of "Refund" when initiating your return. If the requested variant is unavailable, we'll process a refund instead.
